I can see some differences, not sure, to whom you refer. For me the most
omportant thing is missing of character outline. But that is also the case for
text outside a text box. As far as I can see, LO doesn't have that feature (you
can text to to outline style, but you can't choose color of the characters). I
was surprised, I couldn't finde a bug report about it.

So could you please specify the problem?
