Actually the shapes have gradient fill, but they're hardly visible. The primary
reason is probably that MSO can handle gradients with several steps, while LO
can only handle a start and an end color, probably conerting that during import
is off in this case.

Confirmed with LO 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (f1d798151048dde3f48b124ef406416668d1e9c5),
3.3.0 / Ubuntu.
It looks different before 4.4, and it looks reasonably fine in 3.4.0.1 and
3.3.0.

The change between 4.3 and 4.4 could be bibisected using repo bibisect-44max to
the following commit.

The change between 3.4 and 3.5 could be bibisected using repo bibisect-43all to
the following range, out of which a particular commit is dealing with importing
gradients from OOXML formats.
