Description:
Sorting of bulleted list not possible because of 'Page break' before enabled at
DOCX export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Place Cursor at AAA and press Move Down button (Context button for sorting
bulleted list)

Actual Results:
New page added because of page break

Expected Results:
Ideally not so. Page break is added for compatibility reasons


Reproducible: Always
