Instructions for enabling, accessing, and controlling the command

Attachment shows current version of "top" of the help page. 
(have assumed the "less" dramatic introduction here)

(And thanks for explanation about vcl/unix -- as you will see, this attachment
was made with Mac in mind.)

Here are the questions posed in the attachment.

1.  Is it ”exhaustive”?

2.  Is it accurate?


I understand now (from comment 23) that the "additional control" note should
also mention shortcut keys. (will add in next version), so read those questions
now as though "shortcut key" was also mentioned.
