            Bug ID: 137816
Summary: Impossible to enter APOSTROPHE with German (Swiss)
                    Keyboard
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Localization
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: markusbaertschi at outlook.com

On the German (Swiss) Keyboard there is on the relevant key on the upper
position the question mark and on the lower position the apostrophe.

In Libre Office, instead of the apostrophe, there is shown "‹".
The aposthrophe is among other things necessary to seperate the number blocks,
CHF 1'000'000.00. It is replacing a missing "s" too, e.g. "heute gibt's"
instead of "heute gibt es". In Swiss German the apostrophe is very important.
