Example file from Writer

When changing a shapes anchoring to “As Character” its textframe falls out of
the shape.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file, it contains a simple Rectangle shape with a textbox
added to it.
    2. Right click the shape, open Position and Size dialog OR select Anchor ->
As Character
    3. Select the As Character anchoring option

Actual results:
Textframe is separated from the shape.

Expected results:
Shape and Textframe stay together.
