There was a major rewrite of the QClipboard and Drag'n'Drop handling in
LibreOffice 6.3 (see bug 122239), which fixed many problems.

I can't reproduce your problem with current master build.

And LO < 7.0 is out of bugfix support (there might be a security release for
6.4, but no more bugfix releases; see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/6.4).

So unless you can reproduce this bug with LibreOffice 7.0+, please close it as
RESOLVED with something like WORKSFORME. Otherwise please specify a list of
steps to reproduce it. And copy the content of the "About LibreOffice" dialog.

LO 6.2 with kf5 VCL is definitely known to be "clipboard broken" and "drag and
drop broken" (same code).
