Description:
UI: Set navigator to list all shapes (not only named shapes) by default

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Open sidebar navigator deck
3. Draw a shape -> nothing

Actual Results:
Shapes hidden

Expected Results:
Shapes have no name by default, and I assume renaming can be done/should be
done in navigator. So listing everything (by default) makes sense to me


Reproducible: Always
