I don't know when this problem started, but I didn't have it when I last did a
lot of writing back in early 2019. If LO is going to throw so much excess
format code in when I revise a paragraph it makes it so much harder to work
with and I may as well stop using LO at all, since it'll be easier to use plain
text than having clean out the excess code.
