I take it all back! You guys are great!

How to determine if bug is gone:

1. Create a document in LO7. Add chapters and subchapters and apply Chapter
Numbering.

2. Save document in LO7 as 'Word 2007-365 (.docx)'.

3. Open document in MSO (I used Word 2007 because that version is supported by
Wine). Add chapter somewhere in the middle of the doc. Notice that chapter
numbering is all right.

4. Now open the document in LO7. Add a chapter again somewhere in the middle.
Notice that all chapters and subchapters are re-numbered just fine.
