I consider to be ok:
the diference between 11:18:08 and 11:29:27 is 11 minutes and 19 seconds, so
the diff is correct

And you have done a verification formula: the old time+ difference should be
equal with A3, and it is correct (2020-09-01 11:29:27).

I dont understand where is the problem.  See the image. The result is ok
