Text is hidden by several layers under LO Draw 7.0 and older versions on the
first page of this PDF :

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open pdf with Draw
2. Select one layer (for example by clicking on upper right corner, then delete
it
3. Repeat this several time until all text appears

Actual Results:
After deleting all layers, text is present.

Expected Results:
Layers should no be displayed in front of the text.


Reproducible: Always
