Writer file demonstrating an issue with a dropdown list

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded

1. Open the attached file.
2. Position the cursor anywhere in the main text and select "Insert > More
breaks > Manual break". Click on the "Page style" arrow and use the mouse wheel
(say) to scroll down to the last page style.

EXPECTED RESULT: Every page style should be accessible.
ACTUAL RESULT: The dropdown list stops scrolling before the end.

3. Move the "Insert break" window upwards a bit and repeat the procedure.

EXPECTED RESULT: Every page style should be accessible.
ACTUAL RESULT: Depending on the position of the window, more of the list
becomes accessible.

Note: Depending on your system, you may have to adjust the vertical position of
the dialogue to reproduce the effect.
