The minimized docx example file in Word and Writer

Something nasty is going on when the doc is converted to docx in Word (with
retaining backwards compatibility, so VML is written) and imported into Writer:
the shapes with text are imported as frames and lose their unique shape,
becoming simple rectangles. 
There is a ton of such bugs reported.
