Description:
Page Style dialog, does apply do what it supposed to do

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Sidebar -> Styles -> Page Style
3. Right click HTML & select modify
4. Area tab -> Bitmap -> Select a bitmap & Press Apply

Actual Results:
The selecting moves up To Default Page Style

Expected Results:
The 1000000 dollar question. I tend to expect applying the page style to the
page where the cursor is. So setting a the style + current settings
