Description:
Regression in version 7.0.1, Background color, Font color & Border color shows
blank in Toolbar.

Happens with all Themes (even when we change the theme)

Normally they show Default or last used color, so we know which color will be
filled when we click on it (or need to click on drop-down if different color is
needed)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. screen shot attached
2. happens with all Themes
3.

Actual Results:
Regression in version 7.0.1, Background color, Font color & Border color shows
blank in Toolbar.



Expected Results:
show Default or last used color, so we know which color will be filled when we
click on it (or need to click on drop-down if different color is needed)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Happens with all Themes (even when we change the theme)
