Description:
Selection frame doesn't not around image when slightly moving left (anchor to
character)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Go to page 2
3. Select the image with the mouse & hold left mouse button & move slightly
left

Actual Results:
Frame of page

Expected Results:
Release an image moves to the second page


Reproducible: Always
