File open DOCX; Document shows 175 pages; with 61 pages present. Fixed after
scrolling to the table of content at last page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 165187 
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
175 pages

Expected Results:
61 pages
