Hy. 
I use Libreoffice from version 4 to now.
I installed LibreOffice 7.0.0.3 . 
In LibreCalc, when I pass the mouse over the icon, the change to something
incompensible / correpted.

My pc is a Asus laptop, i5-7200U, 8GB, SSD m.2 512Gb, Intel HD Graphics 620 +
GeForce GTX 950m with Nvideo original drivers (latest version). OpenGL 4.6
Vulkan 1.0.56


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreCalc
2. Pass over the mouse on icons
3.

Actual Results:
Icons are incompresible

Expected Results:
Icon are always the same


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
