Description:
Textflow break has an odd state (not checked/nor unchecked)/ and disabled
(DOCX) but disappears after opening dialog for second time
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll to the last page
3. Hoover over the blue header bar -> Edit page break
4. Not break settings on text flow tab being disabled
5. Cancel the dialog
6. Repeat 3. Notice it's now enabled
Actual Results:
Disabled on first opening of the dialog
Expected Results:
Active the first time
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
