DOCX compared in MSO LO

Open attachment 165513 which is DOCX resaved in MSO.
See that formatting on 1st page is not good, from LO 5.0 (where appeared) to
7.1+. 

Interesting that 1st page of 2007 DOCX attachment 70118 open fine, bug 57155.
