document to test go to page with cursor in comment

1. Use a multi-page document with comments.
2. Place cursor in a comment.
3. Choose "Go to Page" dialog (e.g., click on lower-left corner of window)
4. Enter another page number and OK.

Actual result:  Cursor stays in the comment box.
Expected result:  Cursor goes to the page indicated in the comment box.

Simple test document (with instructions) is attached.
