@Tim: when LO crashes, do you ever get an Apple diagnostics crash report that
the system offers to send to Apple ?

If yes, could you copy the contents of that report and attach it to this bug ?

If you don't get any such message, you can sometimes find soffice crash logs in
the /Library/Logs folder of your user folder, and if you have one from around
the time of the crash, you might want to post the relevant bits as an
attachment here.
