The test document compared MSO LO

I don't confirm the bug. 
My open in MSO 2016 is as in LO 7.1+ and different from "using the ruler in MS
Office".
Moreover, footer logo in MSO is Wrap behind Text. 
So, please reconsider. 
Note: please attach screenshot compared and explained, instead of single
images.
