I also tested it using KDE in a different computer and still experienced the
bug on the following build:

DOESN'T WORK
Version: 6.4.6.2
Build ID: 1:6.4.6~rc2-0ubuntu0.20.04.1
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: GL; VCL: kf5;

On LO 7.1 alpha in KDE the bug is not present (or at least I could not
reproduce)

However, the weirdest thing is that I tested the same 7.1 alpha build using
Gnome (Gtk3) and the bug was there.
