ODT and HTML file are the source

I have a document attached which basically a saved as ODT from Firefox HTML
saved page. The page was saved from
https://www.netnea.com/cms/core-rule-set-inventory/. The issue is Rule ID
column number which has hyperlink became two times longer than it should

Step to reproduce:

1. Open attached ODT or HTML file
2. Copy the whole tables to a new Calc page
3. See the first column (Rule ID), the number pasted three times
