Description:
changing symbol bars height to 'small' do the bars not smallish, only the
symbols are smallish. So the little symbols not not really safe space for a
greater working area.

Actual Results:
small symbol bars are not small, only the symbols

Expected Results:
symbol bars need less space with small symbols
