Description:
On draw, I set Page Margins to "Normal(3.18 cm)" on sidebar, Margins on Page
Setup/Page tab (menu -> page -> Properties...) was 1.59 cm.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. open draw
2. Open sidebar and properties
3. change Margin to "Normal(3.18 cm)"
4. open menu -> Page -> Properties...
5. open Page Tab and confirm Margins setting   

Actual Results:
Left Margins was 1.59 cm
Right Margins was 1.59 cm

Expected Results:
Left Margins is 3.18 cm
Right Margins is 3.18 cm

On Writer, after similar operation, setting change to 3.18 cm.
I seem no gap between application.
