Description:
as following step, Measurement Unit set to "mm", on sidebar,
Page/Format/Margins was "Normal(1.90cm)"



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Menu -> Tool -> Option
--> Launch Option window.

3. open LibreOffice Writer -> General
4. Measurement unit on Settings -> Millimeter
5. press apply and OK
--> close Option window

6. Open side bar and Page
7. confirm Format/Margins

Actual Results:
Margins setting was shown "Normal(1.90 cm)"

Expected Results:
Margins setting is shown "Normal(19.0 mm)"

Note: if on step 4, measurement unit to "inch", this setting is shown "Normal
(0.75'')".
