Description:
The graph moves its data range when the data moves in the sheet, although
absolute references are used.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill values in $A$1:$A$10
2. Create a graph upon these cells using absolute references, e.g. $A$1:$A$10
3. Insert a row above the first one.
4. Fill $A$1 cell.

Actual Results:
The graph shows values from $A$2:$A$11

Expected Results:
The graph shows values from $A$1:$A$10, e.g. it shows different values than
before.
