Bug ID: 137051
Summary: Extensions in Python, web link that opens twice
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.0.1.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: trivial
Priority: medium
Component: Extensions
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: 3603b16c at opayq.com
Description:
In Writer, in the dialog boxes of extensions written in Python, it seems that
links to websites open twice in the browser.
I first saw it in the Grammalecte extension. I've been using the extension for
a long time and it's always done that. I use Firefox and Windows. If I set
Chrome as default browser the site is also opened twice. I reported it on the
forum of this extension. It does the same for other users. The developer tells
me it doesn't come from his extension.
Indeed I found another extension in Python, LingTools, in which a link opens
twice.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the extension(s) :
https://grammalecte.net or
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/grammalecte
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/lingtools
2.Open the dialog boxes and click on the links :
In the first extension : Grammalecte > À propos de Grammalecte… > all links
In the second extension : Linguistics > Build Extension for Language > Click
here…
Actual Results:
The links open twice in the browser.
Expected Results:
Links should open only once.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
