1) Whatever the software, if it's VERY important, you should make backups

2) LibreOffice is a free software and lots of people are just benevolent

3) On which env are you? (Windows, Mac, Linux) What version?

4) 6.0.2 is quite old, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 are EOL
Last stable LO version is 6.4.6

Finally could you try to rename your LO directory profile (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile) and
try to open the file?

If your file can't be opened, it'll be difficult (impossible?) to help since I
expect you won't upload a file containing "extremely personal".
