0.00006 is not very small, but Calc still shows 6E-05 no matter how wide I
resize the window

I know Ubuntu is stuck on the old 6.4 release, as Ubuntu LTS came out earlier
in the summer.

Can anyone confirm if this issue still occurs in latest version?

Is there a way to disable all these exponents format display?

I don't really want to go into every spreadsheet we create and manually set the
format of each cell to be a number with a certain number of decimal places.
