The sidebar became an important part of LibO's UI inherent not only properties
but also advanced features, namely Navigator and Styles.
Considering it as a main feature of the UX it should get better accessible than
individual features. Therefore I suggest to switch Ctrl+F5 with F5 (Navigator
is also represented inside the Sidebar).
