Navigator sidebar layout

If you have a look at the different Navigator sidebars between the different
LibO modules (writer, calc, impress, draw,...) the layout look very different.
The reason is maybe cause Jim is working on the navigator and not everything is
done, but I would like to know, how the final navigator sidebar layout will
look like.

I would prefer an unify look between all LibO modules.
