Summary: Second row of Groupedbar Compact vanish when changing
context to regular text in Libreoffice Writer

                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI

Shows what icons have disappeared compared to what should show and what shows
in the table context.

Groupedbar Compact menu is made up of two rows of icons & words. When the
cursor context changes the menu changes to show only relevant options.

# The bug

Most of the 2nd row of the menu doesn't show.

# Steps

1. For the user interface, set UI Variant to Groupedbar Compact.

2. Create a table in Libreoffice Writer.

3. Move the text cursor out of the table to the normal text outside of the
table.

Also occurs when changing the context from having a shape
(image/fontwork/textbox etc) selected to the cursor being in text.

The icons return when maximizing/restoring or changing the window size.

These steps seem to reliably reproduce the bug on a new document, but after
repeated switching contexts and resizing window, triggering of the bug seems
more random.
