With current master, which has some changes that might be relevant, I cannot
see a noticeable difference with Skia compared to non-Skia => not
Skia-specific.
And regardless of the backend I find the performance adequate, given that the
table has 20000 cells, so unless the document is next to unusable, this is as
good as it gets.
