As far as I can see, LibreOffice's "Asian phonetic guide" feature doesn't have
an "offset" parameter.

And my reading of the StR in comment #0 is that the file was created in MS
Word, and displayed wrong when opened in LO, i.e. an DOCX import issue.

So... back to UNCONFIRMED?

I can reproduce the wrong display in LO 7.2.0 alpha0+ using attached DOCX file:
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 722ec600e85cca2e94e82e69f8d13773061172b9
CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN); UI: zh-CN
Calc: threaded

I don't have MS Word to compare with, though. However looking at the
screenshot in comment #2 the display problem is rather apparent for people
familiar with this feature.
