Description:
DOCX: FILESAVE: Lost Russian list numbering type

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open ODT file from attach
2. Save it to DOCX
3. Reopen DOCX
4. Look at list numbering type => it became

instead

Actual Results:
We lost Russian list numbering type after save to DOCX

Expected Results:
We still have Russian list numbering type after save to DOCX
