I tested this using your attachment 164364 from another report. I copied the
sheet 'current' and observed the data range names of the top chart. They were
intact in the new sheet. Please provide more details about the problem. Does it
only happen with a particular document?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
