Description:
When you want to adjust the margins of a document, you don't get any audible
feedback from NVDA. The specified shortcuts (Alt+L) do not work either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Format -> Page Template -> Page

Actual Results:
The screen reader (NVDA) does not read out the preset values in the fields and
the rotary switch is not operable even with screen reader. The specified key
combinations do not work either.

Expected Results:
The screen reader (NVDA) should read out the preset values in the fields and
the rotary switch should be operable. The specified key combinations should
work.
