Description:
When the "Before" and/or "After" option is used, the space will be replaced by
characters. This results in an incorrect looking list style.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a bunch of endnotes (>10)
2. Open the endnote menu (hover over the endnote + right click) and add and
character for "Before" and/or "After"

Actual Results:
The space of the numbers >=10 will lose their space and have an incorrect look
to it. More characters will push the endnote text out even further.

Expected Results:
The space is not 'eaten' by the character, but the endnotes are moved along so
that they all stay in one line and have at least one space between the endnote
number and the endnote text
