Description:
*For new presentations only:*
Green circles don't appear on objects, so rotating them is not possible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open impress (with new presentation
2. Add an object - e.g. a square
3. Click it twice as if you want to rotate it


Actual Results:
Only resizing squares show

Expected Results:
Rotation circles show


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
This only happens with new presentations. If I open old presentations
everything works fine.
