Do you just want to view the file in LibreOffice Android Viewer or do you also
expect to edit it?

I generally find it reasonable to use an app specialized as a PDF viewer to
view PDF files, also to limit the size of the APK file. Is that OK in your eyes
(i.e. install a PDF viewer app to view PDF files instead of using LibreOffice
for this)?
