"ConditionalStyle_1" - this makes me assume you save using .xlsx (MS Excel)
format or at least your file has a history with MS Excel (Created by Excel /
converted from Excel format)? If yes - then your observation is a consequence
of the conversion process from one document mode into the other and from my
perspective not a bug.

Did you try so save in LibreOffice ODF format (.ods)?
