Assuming that someone finds it ripe to be tackled at long last, here is a list
of features that the user may wish to be uniform for the tables of a document:

Properties:
Table > Alignment.

Text flow > Allow table to split ...
[This is currently set in the Options. If it were possible in a table style, it
would not be needed in the options.]

Borders > All features.

Background > Color for the whole table.

Moreover, there are some features not included in the "Properties" that the
user may wish to hold for every table in the document:
Character > Font, size
Paragraph > Alignment

Size > Optimal column width [applied dynamically after every change]
Number recognition
