            Bug ID: 141717
Summary: Fonts with lots of ligatures display incorrectly at
                    big sizes
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.1.2.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: katie-and at protonmail.com

Description:
When using a font that is full of ligatures (as in, most of the glyphs used are
ligatures), setting the size at something like 300 will cause symbols to start
merging.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the font at https://ampersandia.net/raiaqsuq.otf
2. Write "laiq" and set its font size at 300

Actual Results:
The symbols for "la" and "iq" merge as if they were one, there has to be a
space between them to make them appear as different glyphs

Expected Results:
The symbols for both syllables should as separate symbols, without need for a
space in between to separate them

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
This seems to be related to a bug I encountered where the font appears to have
strange spacing and new symbols that are not in the original text. I don't know
how to recreate this one.

I couldn't find a way to check if OpenGL is enabled, I followwed these steps
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL#How_to_enable.2Fdisable_OpenGL but I
didn't find any "Use OpenGL for all rendering", instead I found a "Use Skia for
all rendering". The bug still happened with skia disabled
