"Organisation" is an acceptable spelling.

Definition of organisation

British spellings of organization, organize, organizer 

There are many other British spellings that differ from American spellings 
(centre, criticise, colour, etc)

Both "Organization" and "Organisation" are acceptable for a global audience as
many English speakers around the world do use the British spelling and
