Selecting expanding with cut/paste (and needs double undo)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164443
2. Follow the screencast 
a First past around at the end with cut/paste
b Undo (needs double undo?)
c Drag back to right (without changing selection)
d Undo
e. repeat c & d

Actual Results:
Expanding selection

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always
