Menu item File response delayed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Libreoffice start center
2. Press Open & open the attached file
3. Left click "File" and wait 2 seconds or so

Actual Results:
2 seconds delay

Expected Results:
Instant respons


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
